Try olaplex treatments. Stop heat styling for a while, rinse in the shower with cold water. Use cold air with the blow dryer. Use quality salon shampoo and conditioner AND leave in conditioner. The pressure applies warms the skin and open up the blood vessels to increase flow and boost circulation, but the results are diminished if this is done every day. It should be done in short bursts - for example for seven day then break for 3 weeks - if you want to see rapid growth. If you perform scalp massage every day then I don't think this will damage your hair particularly, but it may encourage hairs to fall out depending how vigorously you massage your scalp.
